My best advice is. Stay calm, stay positive, and be strong.
Probably you've been having a bad week, or a bad day, and you just want it to end. But you know what?
Maybe, just maybe, tomorrow it will be better. Maybe someone in the bus is gonna tell you that you have nice hair, or that you smile is pretty.
And that would make your day. Everything is going to be better sooner o later, it will be.
