I HATE TELECOMMUNICATION, TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES AND TELECOMMUNICATION RULES AND REGULATIONS. And I pity the people who work for them when they have to deal with me.
You get the sales call - you figure - okay - I'll switch. So my land line worked for a total of a DAY - then dead air. Repair can't help because they need a password - WHAT FREAK'N PASSWORD? They didn't give me one - I didn't give them one! FINE - I don't know it - if I ever did know it - which I may have but I don't know it now and I have no phone. What can we do about this? Nothing. WRONG ANSWER! Let me talk to someone who can do more than nothing. No one is available. LIES! The biggest telecommunications monopoly in Canada doesn't have someone available - GIVE ME A FREAK'N BREAK!
So this was the line that made them tell me my password and that made the technician appear about 30 minutes after the call: "So I need to call 911 and I can't so I die and that's my own fucking problem?"
Ah - this was therapeutic - I was full of the rage and the boiling blood - now it's funny - almost.

Is it weird to comment on your own blog? Oh well, no matter - As of 11:05 am TUESDAY - July the freak'n 8th - the Gods have decided that I am worthy to have a land line again. Karmic retribution, bad luck or dumb people....one can only guess...
