Whew!
Just finished cleaning. We're getting reassessed tomorrow. We need the house to assess for at least 236k$ in order to get the loan for Brankauti's tattoo shop start-up. It shouldn't be a problem, but we want the place to look nice anyway.
We found a great place! It was a doctor's office. It's just under 2000 sqft, a little big for us, but we're finding ways to use all that room up.
Our renovation budget was 9-12 thousand. But I think we're only going to have to spend about a grand. 
The rent is more though. But the location is great! Even our budget for the start-up hardware can be cut. The office already has desks, workbenches, etc. It really is a great find.
One of Brankauti's friends is going to continue her apprenticeship at our shop. And another one of Brankauti's artist friends, one we never thought would want to tattoo, is actually going to check it out and try apprenticing under Brankauti.
The only worry now is that we need customers. So, if you would be so kind, if you hear a friend say, "hey, I want a really great tattoo." Say back, "There's this great new place. Check out the owner's work at www.brankauti.com. And I'm sure the shop will have its own webpage very soon."
We're still shooting to open mid-May. Maybe sooner.
