I can't wait to be on a plane for something other than work. The last time I took a flight was about 6 months before everything came to a screeching halt. Back-to-back trips take me to Las Vegas for fun and a little bit of work but not to the degree that others would call work. I'm the emcee for the Triple-A baseball team here in town. Our guys are going to be in Vegas to take on one of our opponents. A childhood friend has set things up for me to represent our team at the stadium. I'm so stoked about this opportunity. I'm also going to hit up a couple of breweries down there and take a tour. This trip will be 48 hours well spent in Sin City.
The next trip will be to Seattle. I haven't been up there since Blink and ADTR toured together, 5 years ago. I was supposed to see Andrew W.K. with my friend Tara however Andrew recently rescheduled his tour. Thankfully, the date that he pushed things back to next year works with my schedule. In lieu of the show, I'm going to walk around the city, take in some photos of where all of the chaos took place in the Summer of '20, eat some amazing food, and stay at a hotel I haven't stayed with in a while.
