Let's see what's new.....

A new work assignment in the next month or so. Portland? Crossing fingers. This being in limbo shit sucks, don't know if I should pack, can't make any more travel plans till I know where I'm going, will I move back to CO and travel or relocate again? Just having to relax on this one, take it as it comes, be positive, and make the best of everything in the meanwhile.

Busy year, Denver, Santa Fe, and Vegas x2. St Patrick's day in Albuquerque after a week in Santa Fe = day 5 of detox cleanse (again)

Started Tai Chi, four classes in and I love it. Shit is WAY fucking harder than it looks

I can't believe that stripper gave me a fake number

TMJ action is pissing me off, first real physical problem I ever had, guess I'm getting old. The Tai Chi helps a lot, but I'm still clenching my teeth when I sleep. Oh yeah, and my dentist is in CO, no point in starting stuff here if I'm gone in a month anyway.

After almost 3 months of slugging around, feeling sorry for myself, and partying my ass off treating my body like shit, I'm finally cleaning up, slowing down, exercising, and hiking again. It feels really, really good.

Digging the latest black keys and massive amounts of electro swing awesomeness lately.

Finally catching up on the massive piles of books I've "been meaning to read"

Other than the handful of friends I've made and the ease of hiking trail access, the thing I will miss most about California is the wine.

Z day in Santa Fe

And after about 1000 rounds

I've never done any other martial arts no, this is kinda my first try. I dig yoga a lot, but wanted something that really focuses on my energy and I feel like Tai Chi does that. I went for class tonight and they canceled, combining the Monday and Wednesday class because there are not enough peeps, kinda sad. I'm only here for a few more weeks anyway though so I have to find a new class in CO or wherever I go next.
