Detox day 7. I'm reallly feeling it today. I can almost feel my body eliminating all the nasty toxins that have built up in my body. Now I just need to regiment my exercise program, need a new yoga with some serious discipline.

Not sure what kind of tree is in my backyard but it flowers nicely and attracts shit tons of hummingbirds and today, bees! My picture taking was interrupted so this was the best one I got.
