I am now officially in the workforce. My opulent lifestyle now lacks the hypocrisy it once bore, but other than that it's about the same. I might have to scale back the sitting-around a little bit, obviously - I can't be havin my mad and l337 Ikaruga skillz0rz wane. Wax, yes. Wane, no.
They're already taken a fair dive when I didn't play it at all for three months - I fear that any further blows may cause permanent damage.

I agree with what Gabe of PennyArcade said about adulthood. It's not as if you enter a massive archway and then you're an adult... although the fact that I share this opinion could just as easily mean that I'm a hojillion miles away from being a grown man. Speaking of which, I had to shave my manly facial hair today. I had noticed that nearby ladies were getting all flushed and dampened. Or rather, they would have been if I wasn't lying now, but feh. Anyway, in summing up: I think it's death more than adulthood that scares me. I like being able to get interested in new stuff without wondering if I'll drop dead before I can really get properly interested.

I don't know why I am so prolific in writing such garbage. I hope someone out there finds at entertaining... There's an interesting confluence of emotions going when I write as if nobody will read this but me, then post it so it's publicly available. I like it. smile

Oh, I wasn't even going to go (I'm not invited because they don't like me much) but seeing as George is going, we can get squiffy and be horrible to everyone.
