I'm in "O" and want to change to "M"

I go to "M" company, they tell me to go to "O" and ask for a number they're not suposed to give me. "O" gives me that number!!.Then I go to "M" again and they tell me that number istn't enough. They need my card cell phone to be available to put it out of work So I go to "O" again and do that. Then I go back to "M", and they ask me for a BUNCH of loyal papers. So I decide not to make my cell phone under the company name, and to make it under my name. So I go to "M". And everything starts to flow, when I'm almost getting my new brilliant cell phone "ZAS!" "M" says.... you can't change from a company name to a person name, you and the boss of the company have to go to "O" and change it.
