Two down and one to go.
I actually feel pretty good about the previous two exams, however, this last one is sheer nonsense. Contracts taught by a freak who "did argue in front of the supreme court, but was also reminded of "the supremacy clause" in oral argumentation by our very own Antonin Scalia. Odd.
She out socraticizes Socrates, and we have no structure whatsoever. It's up to me to do it, but this COMPLETELY blows and will quite likely be my worst examination.
The good news remains that I feel I have done very well on my previous two exams. I can ask for little more.
I'm going back to Kansas on the 20th, and I will end up returning on the 4th. I will find out whether I will return to the school on the 9th.
I hope that I will.
