I got out of work at 11. Hit the beach by 12:30 and surfed for 5 hours straight. I'm completely worn out. Exhausted to the point of muscle spasms and numbness. Its fucking great.
I went by the sushi place on the beach for lunch and dinner again. That makes 4 sushi meals in 2 days, I'm making up...
