So last night I went out to the usual watering hole, McTighes with a few friends. We had to take this really ass backwards, convoluted route to get there because there was a police barracade blocking off Peachtree Street north ood Pharr Road. As it turns out, some guy who is wanted for murder in Florida highjacked a construction crane and is perched atop it, refusing to come down. This crane is literally one block from the bar we were at. It was pretty funny; all of the patios at every place in Buckhead were completely packed, and everyone was standing around, drinking, and watching this speck at the end of the crane swing his legs while the police helicopters circled.
