So today we went to turn in our notice to vacate our crappy, crappy apartment. Turns out that you have to turn in a notice 60 days in advance. We thought it was 30. This means that we are liable for rent in the month of May and, even better, we are liable for the current going rate of rent on the apartment. This means that, instead of my usual $325 a month, I get to pay $545 for the month of May.

Seriously, where in the fuck am I supposed to get that kind of money? I fucking hate this place. All I wanted to do was pay my April rent, find a new place to live, and get the fuck out of here as soon as possible. Now it looks like I'm stuck until June. Did I mention I hate this fucking place?

On another note, at age 21 and after 3 years of college, I've come back to where I was at age 14; all I want to do with my life is get paid to either draw or play guitar. Hell of an epiphany to have, huh? Next thing I know I'll be reading comics again, which does not need to happen. My meager paycheck can barely support my alcoholism, let alone a comic book relapse.

Anyway, I again recommend that you all go see Sin City, because it is the proverbial nuts.
