Just in time for spring break, money has fallen from the sky.
What am I going to do with this money?
Well, saving is for yuppies, so instead I am going to spend it. Now, i could use it to have a hell of a time not remembering my spring break, but after that week, it would all be gone forever. Instead i am going to spend it on something a bit more permanent.
It's new tattoo time kids!
Unfortunately, my sleeve design is not done yet. Nor, even if it was done, would I have enough money to get that. So instead, I'm going for one of a few designs that have been kicking around in my head for a while now.
Opinions, please!
1. More or less the inverse of the heart under my left arm, to be placed in the same place under my right arm. (see my pics for details...) It will be a black box with a shin colored heart cut out in it, and underneath the box some text (not a banner! I'm making progress!) that will most likely say "and we rock because it's us against them," or a variation on that. This one is good for symmetry reasons.
Problems with this would include having to redraw my sleeve design around it. Not really a big deal, as it isn't finished anyway.
2. A revolver on my left calf, pointing down, with a banner that says "a shot heard 'round the world." The only problem with this one is that it is going to look funny when I am middle aged and wearing khaki shorts and boat shoes. Of course, when has that stopped me before?
3. Same revolver thing, but under my right arm. This would work well with the sleeve design and would look cool, but would not be as symmetrical as the heart.
As ya'll have probably figured out, view placement of tattoos on my body as an excersise in design. Its just my inner art nerd rearing its ugly head. And yes, I will be most likely be biting the bullet and getting a band tattoo. Meh!
Anyway, what does everyone think?

I prefer to think that the world revolves around me, rather than you.
