a few days ago, I just got around to reading it now.
#7 might become a problem for me since for some of the supervisors people recognize that they work for resnet so they get asked to fix problems outside of work hours.
though there is a joke one supervisor is on the MS knowledgebase late at night reading for fun
and #9 has happened to me - i rushed to get to an appointment only to find that the user wasnt even there, sigh.
i dont have to deal with too much crap unless its from the users. they are usually pretty good to me too.
i know my bosses need to deal with running the place and the fun abuse dept emails about someone's dorm computer being connected to a botnet or something.
a few days ago, I just got around to reading it now.
