Wow! Its that time of year again!
Its the time when Mom and Dad send off young Brandon or Suzy Q to school. How young and nieve they look. The still have that eagerness about them. Ready to take on the world. Ooooo how young and ripe they are.... It will be years before that eager expression turns into dead eyes like me. THE DEAD LIGHTS
YES its BACK TO SCHOOL!!!!
This is my first year working during the fall semester here at New School University. As the Official Dormitory Port Specialist I must say....IT SUCKS DONKEY BALLS!!!!!People never update their machine. People dont even know how to use their machine....They hand it off to us and tell us to make it work. THEN, THEN God forbid their internet access isnt working I get calls from students then parents. Not only that but then we are in the dormitories for 2 days during computer checkins...I saw 100 people for 2 days then checked ports after. Then had to double check/re check over and over again. It's a pain in the damn ass. WAAAAHHH!!! WAAAAHHHH my internet doesnt work. BOOHOO. I've had 30 msgs on my voicemail one day...thats the most i've ever had EVER.
And what bothers me more....they CALL ME SIR!!!!
SIR I AM NOT THAT OLD They give me a month before I'll walk...unfortunately i need the job plus free classes. I already have 5 classes i'm registered for
On a sadder note.... Wow, Katrina....that name will always be remembered... What else can be said that hasn't. Very few know my feelings about it so I wont bore you with them here. It is just sad and our lovely government Acted Swiftly and Decisively as POSSIBLE!
Lost children, seniors who couldnt make it....Animals...just simply sad. My friends think i'm morbid for wanting to go and see what its like down there. They don't think I could handle it... Boy are they stupid.
So if you can and I'm sure alot of you have. Contribute to American Red Cross and even the animal lovers...send some love to the Humane Soceity to help those furry ones down there.
