My gripes:
SPOILERS! (Click to view)

1) I wished they did more with the Dursley scene. Dumbledore's Howler. Petunia telling Vernon he has to stay. And more of the Order. Especially with Moody and Tonks.

2) More of the Wizengamot. I dont remember her name but it was a Hogwart's Grandmother who asks Harry if he can produce a full patronus. a little more of the everyday life at the Ministry.

3) more of at 12 Grimmauld Place. what I would've liked to have seen. The screaming portrait and more of creature. But i know kreacher is polishing her portrait and you do hear her muffled cries. Molly battling the bogart...eh i dont care.

4) They should've brought up Ron and Hermoine being prefects. Harry is more and more isolated. But then again Luna summed up what voldemort and Fudge were doing. Isolation. Making him alone.

5) I really wanted to hear "Weasley is our King" More of Ginny. I mean i like the scenes of her acting somewhat Jealous around Harry and Cho. But Ginny will be an important part in book 6 so y not show her more in movie 5. Plus Rupert....because of him, Ron is my fave character and he didnt have much to do. I know its Harry's journey but...Ron stands by him in the Gryffindor house. More of an animosity not just with Gryffindor but with the other schools.

6) One thing that I didnt like but i completely get. DA were mainly comprised of Gryffindor students and not an equal mix of other houses cept slytherin of course. Also not alot of Malfoy...which...I hate him in the books more and more but...Tom Felton is great as Draco....again he plays an important part in book 6 feature him more. Its funny...Thats the first time we hear Crabbe or is it Goyle speak. Oh and having Neville find the room of Requirement...well it makes sense since havent seen dobby since 2.

7) I liked the fact of it being Cho that betrays Harry. even though it would've been cooler to see the word Snitch(is it snitch?) on someone's forehead. I would also have liked to have seen Umbridge's lockdown of Hogwarts including the mail and also the floo networks.

8) Should've shown St. Mungos. The longbottom's are mention might as well show the after effects of the Cruciatus Curse...Dont even have to show Lockhart.

9) I did like Sirius and Harry's relationship. And this time i heard him call Harry James. I wish they showed Sirius giving Harry the mirror and Harry talking to Headless Nick about it.

10) More discussion of the prophecy from Dumbledore. For those who dont read the books. We learn alot in those last few pages.

11) I liked Luna. She was fine. I kinda wish they showed Skeeter again doing the counter prophet interview. I know Neville saw the Thestrals. They should've mentioned that and for that showed how they got them to fly to the ministry.

I liked Dumbledore's exist even though he was suppose to stun Kingsley. I actually felt bad for Trelawney. I loved Mcgonagall and umbridge and how she always tried to be taller then her. I would have liked to have seen the night battle down at Hagrid's Hut to show how tough Mcgonagall is.I mean it took a few Wizards to take her down.

12) The OWL Guidance meeting with Harry, Mcgonagall and Umbridge to show how much Umbridge wanted to break his spirit.

13) The Weasley twins were great. I would've liked to have seen them actually summon their brooms but it was cool for me especially the scene of them comforting that first year and Flitwick's little cheer.

14) Bellatrix...I dont remember how she was in book 5 so I can't comment until I re-read it.

15)I did like the Battle in the Ministry. I wish Fawkes was involved. Voldemort seems too showy in the Movies. Oh Hay.

16) I wished they showed more of the Occlumency and Snapes Memory including Lily.

17) oH and Explain that it was Umbridge that sent the Dementors.

18) They should've have shown Malfoy's disgrace at the end too.

i think that's it...I think i've said enough.

But then again...I really feel that alot of OOTP is inperson reflection and alot of internalizing. What they showed and what they cut were fine. I mean...what can be read in 2 pages can be summed in 1 visual scene. Especially the ending with sirius and his death.
