Hello Sir. Long time fan and generally a major SW whore. I buy anything Star Wars related from going to Burger King for some crappy watches to going to see a movie just for the new star wars trailer....As one of the many fans who remember seeing the films in the theater. Who saw HAN shoot first. Who remembers the matte boxes of the space scenes. I want to say thanks for giving me some wonderful memories and molding me into the nutjob/geek I am today.
NOW! As a fan...i am getting a little tired of being fleeced every year for new SW material. 2 yrs ago we got the films on dvd. OF course they were even changed. Sacrilegious having Hayden christensen in JEDI. OH we heard the explanation but its a load of CRAPPITY CRAP CRAP.we had to endure more dialogue changes and more mocking by Star Trek fans(who now are going through the same ire we are). WE COULDNT GET THE UNCUT theatrical versions on dvd. SOme said they didnt exist anymore. I myself believed it too. Last year we got episode 3 on dvd, again no uncutness and it should've had longer vader scenes. We were teased about a new tv series. We went to the convention and stayed online in the bitter cold for 5hrs to meet you and then got shafted with lame ass questions asked. Yet we were there. We were told the new celebration would be in LA and of course I will be there. I've defended Episode I as best as I could...I mean some things are just inexcusable(Jar Jar aka stepin fetchit). Hell, Episode II on IMAX plays better then the original. Its something when you cut 20mins of the romance story. Now true, I liked Episode III I really did but it still had problems. But I was there, one hundred percent. THere for the midnight showing.
And this year, we get the original films but of course they come almost as an afterthought. BONUS material on the 2006 dvds...COME ON....these films uncut andoriginal could be a set by itself. THEN! THEN WE HEAR THERE IS A BLU RAY VERSION COMING in 2007(THE ULTIMATE COLLECTION) which could be as much as 200bucks. COME ON!!!! You have money and ya dont really need more...cut us some slack. Give us fans what we want: NO MORE FUCKING CHANGES! HAN SHOT FIRST. ANAKIN SHOULD BE SEEN AS AN OLD MAN! and even release the Holiday Special. Come on, who doesnt want to see a coked up Carrie Fisher!

School's started and for once i'm not killing myself with classes. two classes on 1 night. Anatomy of a Horror Film which it seems I've learned everything I can...could it be...I am a true Horror afficianado? and the Harlem Renaissance which is interesting.
Fall TV Season is here. House has been good. Goodbye WB. It was nice seeing Buffy and Angel on TV again. I need money.
