well i have to say that goingon a seven mile run the day after you ghet back to work from leave and deployments that add up to two months of no pt realy fucking blows because thats what we did today and every joint in mhy lower body is killing me and to top it off i have blisters on the instep of both feet because of the run and my shoes telling me its time fora new set of running shoes. thats going to be an expensive ourchase damnit.
