As of yesterday morning there has been a water band going on in my town and part of N. Smithfield. And I don't mean that you can't water the lawn between 5-8...I mean you can't brush your teeth, take a shower, do laundry, wash dishes, or even flush the toilet because of the tap water. Someone broke into the town's water supply and dumped a 5 gallon bucket of some unknown substance into the water. Soo...there is a water ban.
This morning they found out it was 3 boys and 1 girl (all around the age of 17) who broke in. I mean..I must give them some credit..they had to climb a 12ft fence..cut through the barbed wire..shut down electrical panels..pry open the door in order to get to the water...Determined little shits, huh? Anyway..they have been arrested, brought to court and already been through sentencing...I haven't heard anything else, though. They said that all they did was dump water into the water..but the bucket had an odor and a residue on it..the police think that it may be paint..but they are still testing the water, I think.
Anyhow..I shall keep a post up on what happens..if I don't mutate..
