Oh man what a shift ! Glad that's over. So now I'm curled up on the sofa with my pj's on, the dog cuddled in next to me, watching vintage Dr Who. Not the most exciting Friday night I've ever had. But it's lovely to just relax. I'm doing a split shift at work tomorrow then I've got 2days off wahey !! Going to have a junk food night then it's time to start my get-fit plan. Want to lose some weight and tone up again. Once I get my confidence back I might put some pics on here, just to help me get back to my old self.
