Howdy all. It's been a strange weekend indeed. I just arrived home from taking Fat Al and Moto over to BlueValentines (their new home). Bless you Blue, for all you've done for me. I know theyre in great hands, and so am not as torn up over their departure as I would be had they gone to a strangers home.
On the job front, I applied to work for the Census Bureau, as they are hiring at $14.50 an hour part time. I also applied for a job as a "personal assistant" to a stockbroker/real estate tycoon that lives in Arizona. The job sounds like a sweet one, primarily running errands and making travel arrangements. And I'd live rent free and make $1500 monthly. A car would be included. Hmm....as long as this yahoo wouldn't have me running drugs sounds like a pretty sweet gig all around. Of course it would require living in Mesa, Arizona, but damn, what the fuck am I doing in Austin anyhow? So we'll see.
My dad's "service" will be held in BigPine on the 6th of August. I still haven't decided whether or not to go. A lot is contingent on employment, though after his death I've decided to be more "fucka buncha employment" where family is concerned. Still havent spoken with my aunt re: estate. Really don't want to so probably won't. Ahhh, well, I should probably quit writing, I've run fresh outta news
