Ode to the Fourth...a day that is capable of inspiring the masses to bicker about politics like no other. It's almost as if my family was cloned several million times and we had a Christmas party. Come on people now, smile on your brothers, or some hippy shit like that.

Today was interesting. I awoke from never having slept to find that a bottle of tequila had exploded in my front seat. I suppose a dark green car in 100 degree weather is not the proper storage container for such an item. I opened the door and nearly passed out from the fumes. As BlueValentine so eloquently put it "It's like a whino died in your car." Ahh, still giggling from that one.

I actually made it to her house for the gathering, but received a call from my sick ex, so off I went to fetch him some meds, planning to return with margarita mix. That was all fine and dandy until my narcoleptic tookis passed out on his sofa for several hours. Damnit I am a firce narcoleptic yo!

Today has been better than yesterday by leaps and bounds. I did find out though that I must chapperone my youngest brother to Dallas for Wednesday through Saturday. Oh, what a fuckin blast. At least I'm staying at the Hilton and not the Super 8. The downside is the Dallas part. I will have so much free time on my hands and have no idea what to do with it. If anyone from Dallas knows of any interesting things to do while there please leave me some suggestions in comments. Well, I'm crashing hard, so adios
