I made the most rediculous dinner tonight...
SALAD:
* finely chopped spinach leaves
* small thin chunks of fresh mozerella
* small thin squares of tomato slices
* little side of red onion dots
* little sides orange bell pepper square
* small amount of Clover Sprouts
* Wasabi Lime Vinegarette
SIDE:
* Garlic Mashed Potatos
w/ thin grated melted smoked fontina
w/ finely chopped green onions
w/ dribble of melted butter
ENTREE':
* Baked Salmon - medium well
w/ crispy skin
w/ Rasberry Chipotle Sauce
DESERT:
* Organic Brownies served hot
w/ thinly sliced banana & apple slices
covered in drizzles of hot Nutella
* Almond mocha fudge Ice Cream
DRINKS:
Blood Orange Italian Soda
Mate'
Apple juice
Boysenberry Juice
Ginger Beer
We all vowed not to eat anything for 24 hours..

Get vanilla ice cream and balsamic vinegar.
Put the vinegar in a pan on the stove, medium heat. Throw in a bit of brown sugar. Let the vinegar reduce until it gets to the consitancy of syrup. Then take it off the heat and let it sit for a few minutes.
Pour on ice cream and eat..
Your mouth will be in heaven.
