watched matchstick men last night...and i really liked it...not the biggest nic cage fan...but he was pretty good in this movie...if only cause he was fucked up in the head...but it made me laugh anyway...kinda makes me sad that i'm somewhat normal...i want a weird illness or personality quirk...i can do without the twitching though...
...but yeah..the movie was entertaining...heand his partner are con artists..and he finds out that he has a 14 year old daughter and they meet and she wants to learn the "trade"...he hates being outdoors (agorophobic i think?)..and he's a neat freak in the bad way...blah blah..it's good..
i'm off again today..i find it hard to pick up a shift when i could sit around and do nothing instead all day long...but i do think that i'm gonna drop by the storage unit and look for the long lost receipt for my cell phone that i bought a little over a year ago..and paid for it with cash...so it makes it all the much more difficult to get my phone situation fixed...cause i thought i bought it with my credit card...and that they could look it up in their little computers and everything would be fine..but i'm not that lucky...no sir...it couldn't
possibly be something i could get done in a timely fashion...nope..i have to unpack boxes upon boxes looking for a thin long piece of paper...how asinine is that?...which is why i'm going on a mission to make receipts the size of bowling balls...sure you would have to have lots of room to store them...but dammit if they wouldn't be easier to find when you need them...(the real answer would be for me to put important papers like receipts for cell phones in some sort of manila folder...but i can't help that now..it's in the past..stop bringing up old shit!)...

i think they smell of despair, really... seems like you are always looking for that elusive thing in them, or reassessing all of your stuff and realizing that you really don't need much of it anymore. but i digress.. good luck with the receipt... and the new organization system.
