i would have a hard time staying friends with someone that wouldn't nad up and break up with his girlfriend if he wanted to cheat and felt EXTREMELY compelled to do it. yes, there were definitely some overly detailed parts in running with scissors... the gay sex didn't bother me, well, i mean, yeah, it was with a pedophile sooo maybe a little bit... but the crazy antics of the psychologist did - like when he scooped his poop out of the toilet?? ew, i have a weak stomach. even reading about that shit (literally) makes me gag reflexes go into motion.
