i saw the burlesque!! it was awesome!!
so we started off to detroit at 7:30, cause i thought doors were at 8. and we get there, and patrick wants me to drive, and im like, oh, i shouldnt, i dont have my driver's license with me. and he was like "wtf, you need your driver's license to get in, it's 18 and over." so we had to drive all the way back to ann arbor (forty minutes!) and get my wallet. and drive all the way back. and i was mad because i thought we might miss the show. but it turned out doors were at 9 and there were two really crappy bands as opening acts. so we stood around through the crappy bands, and then the show finally happened! oh my god, i loved it. it was funny and sexy and cute and cool to see sg's like pearl and raven isis in real life. pearl is a very talented hula dancer!
