Just got back from Jiu Jitsu and I am sore in place I didn't know I had. My Gi is 100% sweat, my toes are raw from mat burn, and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to the fun, discipline, and pain it's gonna bring. I can't wait to get in the tub and soak these bones lol.
But on a sad note, my puppy Pookie did pass away when I was at class. She was a great dog, a great member of the family, and always brought a smile to everyone's face. Goodbye Pookie.

But here we have warm sandwiches too, but in other shops called "friteries" or "durum" where they sell fries and sandwiches with hallal meat and fries... sometimes I eat it but I always regret it after because it's so heavy on your stomach!
