Spent the whole day pretty much at the gym. I started a weight loss journey last year. I weighed in today and I am down 75 pounds. Man it feels great. 6'2"...looking buff and feeling great. Gonna post some comparisons pics later and let you guys see the difference. Maybe now the ladies will start flocking.....why they would be flying like ducks... I have no clue lol

here's an updated photo of me minus 75 pounds. I look tired, because I was, worked out all day, was burnt from playing a round of gold, but in good spirits.
