When I am President, or Vice President....I will make it legal to hit one person a day with a 2x4 in a effort to make their dumb ass smarter. But only one hit a day.....as more would just be abuse.

How will we know if someone has already been hit? I know a few people that would be a whole community's target. Also, could we store them up and use them in one day? I won't hit someone for a week if I can whale on them 7 times on Sunday. . .
