So I get work at 6:45pm and see ARCH helicopter landing. And I'm like, "This is gonna be a great day!" I see family in the waiting room crying and people are running around like crazy. Here's the call

"35 Y/O Male, Unresponive, Intabated, CRP in progressive."

Dudes car fell on him while he was working on it.

And did I mention, he was one of our local firfighters!

Never a good day when one of our brothers is struck down. Odds are he will not make it through the day.

Later in the ER we got to have a little fun.

If you are drunk and an ass when you come into our ER, we WILL find large tubes to stick into your holes! Dude was 24 years old, drunk and hit his girlfriend. Well, this girlfriend BEAT THE LIVING HELL out of him!!! Rock on lady!!!

So he comes in, yelling and screaming, cusing and called one of nurses a "f**king c*nt!"

We really dont tolerate the C word in the ER. So I told the nurses to step out and I put the largest foley I could find into him.

A Foley is a tube that goes up the penis into the bladder.

MAN did he scream! He was very polite and nice after that.

I hope that everyones day is going well and that the week goes well do.

Remember, life is short, enjoy it while you can.

And if possible, sticks things into drunk assholes!
