You are correct to disagree. I have a tendency to exagerate to make a point. Many people are very satisfied with their job, and it's unfair of me to make such a broad generalization.

I work at a small place that colorizes plactics (you use our products I'm sure, you just don't know it)

My current state of unsatisfaction is because I dislike the people I work with, and I feel a job is only as good as the people you work with. In time I shall move on and find a better place, I'm sure.
