I'm not blaming you or pointing these things out to make you feel bad---I'm just telling you how other people see things.
Both of *us* know that we love each other in purely platonic fashion (by the way, it's "platonic," as in the philosopher Plato, not "plutonic," as in the god of the underworld), but because we are both so very emotional and effusive, it *appears* that there is more going on than a platonic friendship.
It does suck that my husband does not like us hanging out, talking, or even emailing.
