My kitty Jack went to the vets yesterday to get fixed and to have surgery on her eye to see if they could fix it so she could see better out of it. The vet called me last night to say that everything went great and that I would be able to pick her up today. But this morning he called again and said that he isnt sure of why, but she died in her sleep late last night.
So now I am very sad. Never in my life have I met such a loving kitty. She made me very happy during a very diffucult time in my life and I will miss her dearly.

UPDATE:
The vet did an autopsy and found that Jack had a under developed and weak liver. He suspects that it was too sick to handle the anesthesia. There was no way of knowing this before the surgery. And there is no way of knowing how the liver would have effected her in life if she had not died last night.
