Ok so work has hit all new levels of SUCK. How can a company continue to function when half its people call out every fucking day? (Im not exagerating either. We average 2 call outs a day, EVERYDAY in a store that is open from 9am to midnight daily.) And the rest of us are left to suffer by being over worked and so stressed out that we cant even sleep at night! Oh yeah thats right its because Corp fucking America likes it when they get to save on payroll and bank more money. Thats why we are understaffed in the first place, so they can save money. But then when people call out to go FUCK OFF for a day in the park, we go from understaffed to crippled!!! Christ I went through chemo and radiation and still only missed about 3 or 4 days out of several months.
What kind of fucking society do we live in where a company is afraid to fire its shit bags because they are afraid that they will get sued for wrongful termination? Im sorry but if you dont come to work and dont do your job when you are at work it seems pretty fucking obvious to me that you need to be fired and have no grounds to fight it.
God oh mighty I could go on for hours about the FUCKTARD people that run companies today from a office or cubicle in some other state or country and have no idea what the inside of the company locations actually look like.
