It was Saveme's birthday yesterday. Her kids and I decided to decorate a cake for her. None of us had made one before, so even though it didn't come out perfect, we were still very proud of our work. We had planned on making the cake one colour, but after rolling out the purple we found it just wasn't enough to cover the entire cake. So I covered one half and used yellow for the other. Then covered up the seam with a braid.
