Good News!!!
I have found a flat!!! I have signed the contract, sent a cheque for the deposit etc....Just waiting on stupid landlord at my current flat to actually get in touch, and say Hi, got your notice of leaving, cos the phone number we have doesn't work, and the one the letting agents gaveb us doesn't work!!! grr!! But, I have somewhere to move into, its quite nice to, Nice big kitchen in the open plan lounge/kitchen, off to a decent bedroom, and a Bathroom that is en suite, which is the only downside, i.e. you dirty scumbags who may stop over will have to go through the bedroom to go for a piss
never mind...but it is nice and light and airy, with high ceilings, big kitchwen bit, that is all modern and clean!!! and its a bit of a bargain, cos the rent is inclusive of water rates and council tax!!! less bills for me to be organised about!!
Organisation is not my strong point.....Am goign to make a serious go of getting money sorted, with the massive help of my dad, I should be in a position I can control, and things will be tight after rent and stuff, and paying for food/electricity/gas etc....but fingers crossed I can sort it out, and get somewhere, if worse comes to the worse I will find a second job of some sort...maybe full time sperm donor??
Bit annoyed at my lack of organisation, cos I forgot to change my direct debit dates to coincide with my new pay day, so now I am a bit kabuggered for bank holiday spending....lol
my Birthday soon!! not sure if I am planning anything, being a bit busy with th moving that weekend, but hey ho, rest assured there will be some sort of nottingham based piss up soon
, or we can hang around in london getting drunk on cans of stella, and cause some havok in the trocadero arcades!!
