Caroline gave me a very nice leaving work present, via Anne Summers, pizza and beer.... she knows me too well....

Tomorrow playing hosts to the gang, and have got a chinese buffett to limber up for....I also have found a Beginners MMA class nearby I am gonna try and start doing, carolines boss goes and says its ace, and well, I can beat him up if he gives her a hard time...but she probably loves it...the dirty girl!!!
