Right then...went to see docs, who could see I am not ready to go back to work, I just told her what had gone on so far, and she happily signed me off for another 2 weeks....
Basicaly, if I went back to work on Monday, I would have to jump straight back in to it, and I was lovingly told by my bitch of a manager, that I had a big pile of faxes and mail to get through when i got back, she didn't seem to think that it would of been necessary to have someone, or a few people, to deal with some of the day to day requests whilst I was away, and has no doubt caused a load of complaints, that are yet to be raised, let alone resolved...stupid woman....
whereas...if I had anymore time off, they have to send a bank appointed occupational health type person, who looks at what is needed o encourage people back in to work, and can look at creating new roles, finding transfers to departments that aren't strictly advertising, or looking at going back on staged basis.....
basically telling me, that uif I am off for longer, they actually have to make an effort to help me....hmm...no brainer me thinks!!
But, fingers crossed, sometime next week, I should get some more definite information on a new job, I interviewed for about 3 weeks ago, and was told they desperately want me to work there, they are just waiting for a start date to be announced, as it is related to a new servbice being launched, and they need to take on a few people at once, and want to train them as a team, which makes sense!! my ideal would be a start date of around 25th March, cos then I would still get my lovely profit share, whihc is a welcome 2grand!!
thats pretty much it for interesting whats happened stuff....
oh, and last night we had some awesome steak.....mmm....like the proper 2inch thick rib eye steaks....beautiful!! and Pudding wine!!! I thoroughly recommend pudding wines, its high percentage, and tastes like honey!!!
Tongiht, I have girls staying over....unfortunately no plans for an orgy, but I may go and buy myself a webcam, for your pleasure, just in case
