la...what a week...and a shitty one at that
didnt get the Team Leader thing, failed the assesment centre, apparantly my content was good, but my delivery/impact wasnt there, due to get some real feedback next week...am quite interested to know what happened, bcause one of the guys who did pass is universally hated, but he is a very nice image for a Bank Manager...cock...the other guy who passed is actually a very nice guy, and is taking me airsofting, but he is older, with managment experience and can understand taht.....everyone who i told i have failked has been shocked!!so fuck knows!!
also have done a 7 day week, with a few 12 hour days thrown in, so am absolutely knacekred, have also been out drinking 3 or 4 times, and havent had to pay for much (god bless team night outs on a Corporate Credit Card!!)
anyway, sorry i havent updated for ages!!
