I woke up really early this morning, it is 7:48. I don't have allot to do today, Avery has today and Monday off. So we are just going to be hanging out and maybe visit some family. Dinner rocked last night, I admit Martha Stewart is a baddd lady.....but her recipes rock. Being a sloth is fun, I am trying to learn how to relax. I have always had projects to do, but now that I am engaged and we live together there is the need for quality time. Up until five months ago, I lived alone and always kept myself doing something. Being anal about neatness and organiation around the house. learning to relax a little on that. Shouldn't be cleaning and making things more organized all the time. Cosmo had an article on why women in general have a difficult time relaxing. Our mothers generally were the ones to look after the family and the house. Always having so much to do, never give themselves time to relax. There is a book out called "365 ways to relax your body and soul", haven't seen the book yet....but want to buy it.
