I Quit my job at HMV today, mega busy October sale day of all days, heh heh. I had to wait so long to talk to the managers I worked myself up in to a bit of a nervous state so ended up not explaining myself properly. I was very nice about it and so were they, When I told them I wouldn't be serving my notice cos I was opening my own shop they asked if I was going about this with the help of friends. I told them I was employing 3 people, I didnt tell them those people are currently members of their staff. Was kinda sad cos its got real charm HMV but new beginnings are not far off and they are usually heaps more entertaining.
My ex boyfriend was round last night and offered to bring me left over Chilli he made to heat up for dinner. I said cool and put some rice on while he went home to get it but when he came back he brought candles... ...so I had to sit through the romantic meal for two we never had...pretty uncomfortable...why won't he just fucking say something instead of bullshitting around???
