It looks like my wife and I have a house in Phoenix. She went out there last weekend to scout areas. She found a house that was priced at least $5,000 lower than what it should have been. It needs some work but nothing substantial. In order to get it though, we have to get some help from her parents. They're getting the mortgage in their names and once we're there and established, we'll refinance it into ours. This is going to be weird to have my own house but exciting at the same time. As much as I will miss Chicago, I'm looking forward to our move.
