@midnightsun, most of the hot springs at Hot Springs National Park were turned into bath houses even before it was designated as a national park. I didn't go there. I hiked one nice, quiet, but rather uninspiring trail then drove to one of the outlooks near the top of one of the mountains in the park for a beautiful view of the city of Hot Springs. Thank you for the kid words about my dad.

Resolutions always seem like things you want to achieve but you've got but one shot to achieve them. When you slip up, you give up and feel shitty for a while because you couldn't keep your resolution. Sort of like making a promise and breaking it.

You should definitely start recording your guitar sessions! Even if you're not where you want to be yet, it will be com to see your progress down the road :). I'm not sure what my schedule will be like in Vegas yet after the race but if you're interested in trying OCRs in the future, coming as a spectator to the Vegas Spartan mug be a good idea so you can see what they're like! I need to get back to photography myself. I've been slacking behind the camera 🙈

What I Did For 🎄 Christmas...

Yesterday, I made a trip to a fantastic Mexican restaurant, Dona Maria's, that we used to go to frequently, but not so much anymore, to pick up a dozen tamales for Christmas dinner. Ahhh winter solstice, our shortest day of year haha. YES I indeed have seen it, live with my own two eyes ;-) You don't need to travel all the way to fairbanks in the dead of winter to see it....there's plenty of prime viewing right in Anchorage. What a beautiful video, thanks for the tag bud!
