Thanks @jezzied. Glad you liked it. I should have mentioned that Lake Las Vegas is a private community but the common areas (shops, restaurants, lake, etc.) are open to the public. They allow casual photography, but require a permit for commercial, professional shoots, which technically it wasn’t because we weren’t shooting for publication nor was any money exchanged, but LLV probably would have considered it as one. The permit costs $50, which isn’t a big deal, but also requires an insurance policy with Lake Las Vegas as the beneficiary, which I was not going to buy. So, that’s part of the reason I felt rushed early on and we moved around. The stairwells were more secluded so I was more relaxed and I think she was too, which I think is reflected in the photos I posted and the ones I didn’t. Anyway, we didn’t want LLV security personnel to see us and ask us to leave before we got what we came for. The bridge gets more foot traffic than the other spots we shot at. My model had her hair done the day before and it turned out spectacular. Her smile is great and she pulls of a good pouty look at times too.
