WHAT'S ONE THING YOU WISH YOU COULD CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF?
Well, at first thought, the most obvious thing I would change about myself is getting rid of my rather large belly and get down to a healthier weight, somewhere around 170-175 pounds. But, with some willpower, encouragement and change of eating habits, I could lose that weight and slim down. I just make too many excuses and like food.
But that's not the one thing I wish I could change about myself...
No, the thing I'd like to change about myself is more ingrained in my psyche and personality, and at almost 55 years of age, much more difficult to change. While my personality quirks probably aren't all that uncommon, they seem that way to me. I'm introverted and reserved when I'm around people I don't know or barely know. Once I get to know you, I'm much more outgoing and extroverted. I'm not inclined to act silly or crazy without the influence of alcohol or weed, but perhaps part of that is age... Nah, one of my cousins is the same age as me (well, almost, he was born the day after I was, same year, 2000 miles away and he's nuts.
So I wish I could be more outgoing, extroverted, crazy and silly all the time, regardless of the people around me. I wish I could act like I don't have a care in the world more often.
So, that's the thing I'd like to change about myself.
