Before I start my WCW blog this week, I want to send out a huge congratulations to 2 of my recent WCWs: @boycott and @nayru. They both turned PINK this past week. Congratulations ladies! I am extremely happy that you both are now Suicide Girls! Love you ladies! HUGS and KISSES!
I thought about doing something different this week since 1) it's the last WCW of August, and 2) there were 5 Wednesday's in August this year. What was I thinking about doing? First, I thought about adding a 3rd WCW, but I choose 2 every week... It's my thing now... kind of become a tradition, I guess. So next, I thought it would be a good week to do the retro WCW blog I mentioned a couple of weeks ago. But that's going to take me a lot of time to pull together and write. I don't have that much time tonight, and, besides, I am tired and want to try to get to bed at a decent hour tonight.
So, it's the usual 2 WCWs for me this week. But don't think of that as a letdown, because my WCWs this week are knockouts! Both became hopefuls this year and, I must say, things are looking good for them.
My 1A WCW this week, @vaomoon, is from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She's what Rogue would look like if Rogue had dreadlocks.

She's studying to be a makeup artist with the goal of doing makeup for movies. That explains why her makeup is always spot on. I hope to see her name in movie credits someday (though I guess I wouldn't know it if I saw it since I don't know her real name š). She has some pretty awesome tattoos too.

As I mentioned, she currently lives in Vancouver. Back in 2011, I went to Vancouver for training with the company I was working for at the time. I stayed downtown. There's all kinds of cool shops. One had all kinds of cool t-shirts, rock and puck clothing and accessories. If I had any extra money to spend, I definitely would have brought some stuff home. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the shop, but @vaomoon would definitely love it.

Unfortunately, she doesn't write many blogs so I can't tell you much more about her except that she's a punk rocker and loves all those hidden music venues. She also loves the fact that there is a great view from just about anywhere in Vancouver... mountains or ocean. I agree with her, the view in Vancouver is spectacular!

Although I didn't have much time to really see much of Vancouver, it is high on my list of places to return to for more exploration, and to sample more of the food. One of my favorite little restaurants was this place that served waffle sandwiches. Kind of like your usual sandwiches, except the bread was waffles. And of course, there were dessert waffle sandwiches too. It was da bomb! I wish I could remember the name of the place, but if it is still there when I make a return visit, I know I will be able to find it.

Surprisingly, her sets haven't gotten as many ā¤ļøs as I think they deserve and she doesn't have as many followers as I think she should have. So do me, @vaomoon and yourself a favor. Go check out her sets, give them some ā¤ļøs and follow her! Thanks!
My 1B WCW this week, @akiramai, is from Sydney, Australia. I absolutely love her current profile photo. The colors of the donut frosting match and accentuate the colors in her hair and tattoos. @coolicio did a great job with this photo.

Her first set, Adore, was released just 10 days ago, but already has more than 1200 ā¤ļøs!

She wrote the most amazing blog post a few days ago, A Letter to My Future Self. Though she's only 20 (at the time of this post), she's wise beyond her years. She's also a makeup artist (like @vaomoon), so, again, that explains why her makeup is always spot on!

I seriously need to save up some money so that my wife and I can take a long vacation in Australia. There is so much natural beauty and amazing architecture to see and photograph and so many wonderful people (not just @akiramai and @coolicio) to meet and make friends with.

I think I'll save my retrospective WCW for the end of the year. It'll take a lot longer for me to write it (after all there are 17 more Wednesdays in 2016, which means 34 more ladies to dote upon), but it seems like that would be a perfect time to look back on my SG in 2016 and create the blog.
