When I get bored I get whiney, as illustrated by my last post filled with whining.
I even annoyed myself this time. Meh.
You know what I find really facinating?
Porn.
Not in a "I like watching a young woman who probably hasn't thought through the full ramifications of pretending to enjoy herself while being nailed by some dude with a monstrous penis while the act is being permanently committed to film or digital video" way, but in terms of a topic of debate.
Here's why...
Discussions regarding porn usually end up being really deep. Instead of just being one topic, porn brings up the concept of sexism, ethics, and commerce all rolled into one.
Plus, the vast majority of people are either entirely for it or entirely against it. Most people aren't indifferent to its presence. With this mind, people usually end up passionately arguing their viewpoint, really thinking through their arguements and actually listening to other opinions in an attempt to discredit them.
It's really very interesting.
That being said, I don't consider nude modeling to be "porn" persay. So don't think I'm gettin' high and mighty on the lovely models associated with this web site.
Anyway, I had to get rid of the self pity post,
