Quit Guiness???? are you MAD man? Guiness has less calories than regular beer, and less alcohol.. AND it's high in iron.

Eat better... great plan.. my advice, learn to cook... it's extremely satisfying, and usually turns out healthy
Work out more... well.. with any luck you'll find a nice lady or two... or more to cook for, and they'll help you work out. wink wink

Big love - oh, and eliminating wheat from your diet really helps you lose weight, mainly because it immediately cuts out the majority of junk food but also it's a gut irritant for most people and cutting it out improves your digestion and absorption of the things that are good for yousmile

    Teehee, thanks! =) He's just uncomfortable about other people seeing me naked, which is understandable. He's just a bit of a hothead sometimes.
