OK, so i went to resign today. Didn't go as planned. They don't want me to go. i suppose that is a good thing, so i think now that i might come to a part time arrangement with them, so maybe do 6 months a year up here and then go south for six months or where ever.. i can handle six months of this, but not much longer without a decent break. taking two weeks off in november and then probably 3 months off in from x-mas, then come back and do another stint with them. They are great people to work for so i don't think this would be a problem ...
