Huzzah. Baby octopus for the win! I bought some for less than $10 a kilo today. Now i just need to know how to cook it. If i stuff it up then who cares, it was cheap. If i get it right then great.

Meet a very nice lady last weekend, then, 2 days later, realised that i already knew her. She was the secretary...

Grrr I am beginning to hate red meat. It is so tasty yet one small lamb chop makes my stomach turn in less than 5 mins. And the meds to sort it out just wipe me out so bad I can't work or string a sentence together...

And i have a serious thing for redheads. Real is better, (Opaque's IMPISH set nearly makes my heart...

It's hard for me to even dislike people, I mean there are some I'm not crazy about, but I usually just don't give it much thought I guess. The only way I could think of that would make me not like someone is if they were irrational hateful towards other people.

And I do NOT need sorrows to drown myself in chocolate. Anything is an excuse for chocolate wink

I worked 140 hrs in 12 days without a day off. It was a good job but had lots of problems with people that did some work on the site before us. In short they did about half of what they were meant to do and now we have to go back and fix it, which could take about 10 days to do...

Anyways the...

Wow, that's an awful lot to go through. I'm sorry you had to have that happen, but at the same time I am glad you realize the strength in your experiences. Not many people realize what they can gain from even the most negative times, and it makes me happy to hear that there are those who can allow themselves to be a stronger person. That's an awesome thing to hear wink

No I'm not a member of that group, I should definitely look into it though. Sounds like your stepdad had a rough road. Amazing he kept a positive attitude through it all until the very end. At least he's not suffering anymore.
I've never been above admitting when something is wrong with me, I am my own worst critic. As far as medication goes, when you're in turmoil you'll do just about anything to get out, so the meds don't bother me at all. Thank you though for the kind words, you're a sweet person.

random shit from today.

new guy was late for work. I hate waiting for people when it comes to work. I can handle people being late for anything else, but when it's work it pisses me off. he had a lame ass excuse too.

Went to grab some take away and someone had a big sting of neon lights in their front window. Not so...

2009 - Chinese year of the Pig - Swine Flu Pandemic kills hundreds of pigs around the globe.

Oooh nice purchase! I got a laptop at the start of the year and I love it, it's brilliant to have.

I have CFS (and Fibromyalgia Syndrome, the two seem to go hand in hand) so I know what you've gone through, it's such bullshit how judgemental people can be. I agree, I reckon if those people spent a day in our lives they wouldn't cope a minute of it!

Do you get down to Perth much? Pop culture, bleugh hahaha.
